Return & Exchange Policy
At Reversestyle, customer satisfaction and quality experience are our top priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help ensure a smooth and easy return or exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- ✔ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- ✔ All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- ✔ Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- ✔ Valid only for prepaid & domestic India orders

- - Items purchased during clearance / flash sale
- - Customized or personalized products
- - Items purchased using special discount coupons
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided. Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
Return Process
- Submit a return request via email or return form
- Pickup arranged by our logistics partner within 3–5 working days
- Quality check after product is received
- Refund or exchange processed within 5–7 business days
📌 Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit.
UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–5 working days
Credit/Debit/EMI: 5–7 working days
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges
